The desi gomay is collectively sourced from several cows. Its colour naturally varies with seasonal feed and changes in season, so batches may show slight or noticeable colour differences. The product's essence, formulation and intended use remain the same.
Yes. Products are prepared in limited batches, with regular production planned to maintain freshness and quality.
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days, followed by delivery in approximately 3–7 business days depending on the location and shipping partner.
Routine returns and exchanges are not accepted because products are handcrafted and consumable. Genuine transit damage, incorrect products, missing items or other verified issues can be reviewed under our Returns & Refund Policy.
Yes. A clear, complete unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund claim. Begin recording before opening the sealed package and show the package, shipping label, opening process and product received.
